David Schwartzberg has been widely recognized as a leading expert in the foreclosure arena for over 25 years.  Prior to joining Advantage Foreclosure, Mr. Schwartzberg worked at some of the largest law firms in New York and had represented many of the larger financial institutions in foreclosure, tax lien, bankruptcy and eviction proceedings, and has argued in the 1st and 2nd Appellate Divisions in New York, as well as most of the New York State Supreme Courts. David is a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1993 graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
